We are a family-run LLP company and members of the Federation of Small Businesses. We have been involved in the party, gift and customised badgespromotions industries since the 90’s. Between us we have held senior sales and marketing positions in a variety of high profile companies, renown for their product quality and professional approach to sales and customer care. We have also owned and run our own specialised High Street outlets. Between us, we have over 50 years’ experience of satisfying customer needs, so we fully appreciate the need to not only satisfy customers’ immediate requirements  but to go the extra mile to impress, retain and grow the relationship.

So with this background in place, let’s tell you about the products that we are manufacturing, and which are featured in this web site.
We specialise in customised badges, rosettes, sashes, lanyards and wristbands for hen nights, stag nights, birthdays, weddings, prom nights, product promotions, and beauty contests. This list is not exhaustive and our customised badges, and associated products can be used on many other occasions when you want to celebrate and tell everyone else about it.
We produce the customised badges, sashes, rosettes and the other ribbon products in-house, so we have total control over the order from it being placed, through design and manufacture, to it being shipped. In most cases the person taking the order will be involved in its production in at least one of its stages. When you call us on the phone or email us, you will be speaking to someone who knows the business inside out – not a sales order clerk – and someone who will be able to advise you on any aspects of the design, production and delivery of the order.

We aim to respond to all product enquiries in the same day, and in all cases we aim to respond within 12 hours.
We know that time is often very important – particular as a lot of party items are left until the last minute before they are ordered. We therefore offer a quick, often next day delivery option. We also have a free design service, advice on design options, email and phone support outside the normal working day. Ours is a personal, friendly service; all geared to speeding you painlessly and effortless through the ordering process.
